The limited non exclusive licence means that the photos are for the subject's personal use and/or personal advertising only and are not for independent, third party or commercial use without permission in writing and pre-negotiated price, terms and conditions from the photographer.  Photos may be used by the photographer at any time for promotional purposes.  Photos are protected by copyright law and are not to be edited or altered in any way by anybody other than the photographer or an editor approved by the photographer.  The photographer's signature must remain legible on all photos and where this is not possible, the photographer must be credited for the photos. Prints are not to be scanned or reproduced.
